Booking and Payment:
– To make a reservation with Villa Lee Anna LLC, visit our website and book directly. Ensure that you provide accurate information and use a valid credit card to secure your payment.
– The total amount for the reservation, including the rental fee, applicable taxes, and any additional fees or security deposits, is due at the time of booking.

Reservation and Cancellation:
– Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Villa Lee Anna LLC.
– Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the paid amount. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
– No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Occupancy and Property Use:
– The maximum occupancy for each property is specified in the property description. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit without prior approval from Villa Lee Anna LLC.
– The properties are to be used for vacation purposes only. Any other use, such as commercial or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.

Check-In and Check-Out:
– Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
– Self check-in using a keypad or keyless entry system is provided for your convenience.

Security Deposit:
– A security deposit or a pre-authorization on a credit card may be required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded within a specified timeframe after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.

House Rules:
– No pets are allowed on the property, unless otherwise specified and approved by Villa Lee Anna LLC.
– Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.
– Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Designated smoking areas may be available.

Liability and Insurance:
– Villa Lee Anna LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Indemnification:
– Guests agree to indemnify and hold Villa Lee Anna LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay or use of the property.

Modifications and Termination:
– Villa Lee Anna LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the reservation or rental agreement if there is a violation of the terms and conditions or if the property is no longer available.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
